Nike. iPods. Running
Nike+ is a newer runner designed to work with an iPod to improve training by measuring pace, distance and overall time. It can be integrated with your running tunes on your Nano.
A Suggestion: do not hold the Nano while listening to music and running as your shoulder(s) will get stiff causing unnecessary muscle fatigue. After your run you can upload the data by plugging the data sensor in your shoe into the Nano and then uploading the info your computer - Mac or PC compatible.
There are a variety of Nike runner models. Typically the runner is purchased and the iPod specially designed to fit into the shoe is sold separately. BUT you need the Nike+ shoe.
Look for the + mark near the Nike name or runner name. Al in all, a useful replacement for the pedometers or clunky watches and satellite-type pace trackers.
